Office cleaning services. Don’t clean by yourself, save your money and do it with us.
For you to become the best, you have to learn from the ways of the best. For example, in office cleaning, most people know how to use cleaning tools like broom, mop, and dustpan. But that is not enough if you want to provide the best solution for your customers. Remember, your customers are not responsible for knowing which chemicals or equipment can work best for their needs. It is the job of janitorial services. Be the expert who can deliver top-quality results on time and at the most reasonable price.
But how can your customer know if they are getting the most out of your janitorial services? A good service is easy to see. First, if the facility is visibly sparkling clean in one look, then it is a good service. The value, on the other hand, is in the unseen aspect of the place. It is if the customer can save money through your low-cost service. If you can understand their needs and if they can communicate their needs to you. And if your janitors are knowledgeable of the efficient and correct way to clean, sanitizing your place, and keeping employees healthy.
In delivering good service, chemicals play a very important role. While you can spray a variety of chemicals all over your windows and counters on your own, wiping it down using a cloth, it will take you a lot of time and effort as well as product usage. On the other hand, professional building cleaning services who are using microfiber towels clean way better, and more efficiently and they use fewer chemicals. As a result, customers can save money, and cleaning crew can save time. A microfiber towel acts like a magnet that attracts dust and dirt. Cleaning experts always have a load of microfiber towels on their cleaning carts as well as mops.
If you want to prove your value to all your customers, take care of the equipment you use. Once you do this, your cleaning equipment will run effectively and you won’t have to often replace them. If the service you provide is more efficient, you can help to save the money of your customer. For example, if the filters of your vacuum are working properly, it can clean efficiently. Starting from the most common equipment used for cleaning such as vacuums up to the period used tools like large floor equipment to keep a floor sparkling clean, equipment that is in good condition can put a good impression to your customers.

Take care about your office during autumn days?
Fall Cleaning
Autumn brings cooler days, wind, rain, fallen leaves and boots. Holidays are just on the horizon. Cooler days means cranking up the heat. This means the heating filters at your office will need to be checked and cleaned or replaced. Also check around any space heaters for any debris or blockages that might cause a fire. Windows need to be checked for air leakage and it is a good time to let in some light by cleaning the glass.
Check lighting and consider adding additional lighting to keep things bright and cheerful. Use a duster to remove dust from around electrical strips and plugs. While you clean, check for safety and function to insure a safe and functional office environment. A thorough cleaning goes a long way to improve the energy in an office space, and adding some warm scents with oranges, cloves and apple cider makes for a warm, pleasant transition to winter.
From Top to Bottom
Get a head start on holiday preparations by using a telescoping duster to clean all around light fixtures, corners and ceilings. If you are feeling energetic, this is a good time to pull out a step stool or ladder and holiday decorations can go up while you clean. You can choose to light up light strands now or later, but that task will be finished all in one fell swoop.
Rainy days mean wet floors. Designate and arrange a place for drippy umbrellas and soaked rain gear to stop dangerous puddles on the floor. Rugs or mats to wipe water, leaves and debris off shoes and boots goes a long way towards keeping floors clean. Leaf litter will likely appear on floors during the autumn, so more frequent vacuuming may be necessary. Keeping a small, easy access vacuum near high traffic areas helps quickly and easily remove debris that accumulates more frequently in fall and winter.

How to keep your office clean?
As the old adage goes, a clear space encourages a clear mind, so it’s no surprise that productivity levels rise when our desks are clean and free of clutter. The feeling a clean desk gives you is energizing and sometimes inspiring. Maintaining a clean workspace means a healthy environment for you and a presentable establishment for clients. With less to worry about, our minds are able to focus on the task at hand. However, keeping your office space clean is easier said than done.
How keep your office space clean?
To help you with maintaining your workspace clean here are some tips that you may be useful for you:
Desk duty
All the hustle and bustle of a busy workday usually leads to a cluttered desk. Take some time at the end of your day to clean your desk area. Straighten out office documents and throw excess papers, food wrappers and other trash away.
Avoid food messes
It’s easier to stay at your desk and have lunch while typing away on your computer. Eating at your desk, however, guarantees a messy workspace as crumbs and even liquids fall into the crevices of your keyboard or stick to the desktop. So, try to avoid this.
Wipe out the germs
Dust and other particles accumulate overtime. Wipe those germs away at least once a week with a quick wipe down of your desktop with a multi-purpose cleaner.
Use hand sanitizer
Germs spread fast in any environment. You’ll want to keep hand sanitizers in stock and easily available to avoid the spread of germs. The last thing you want is for the entire office to come down with a stomach bug, flu or cold.
Trash duty
If your office doesn’t have a daily janitorial service, make sure to empty your trash every night or every other night so bacteria and odor don’t become a problem.
